SEO REVIEW LAB / FAQ SCHEMA GENERATOR

Runs in this browser tabNo account requiredOne page URL up to 500 characters and up to 20 lines in Question || Answer format; each question up to 250 and answer up to 1,000.

Step 1 / Build the brief

Structure the visible FAQs

Before generationThe tool rejects blank, malformed, and case-insensitive duplicate questions and creates no more than 20 Question entities.
Checking database publication status before enabling this workspace.

No crawl or upload

The entered brief is processed in this browser tab. These tools do not crawl the supplied URL, fetch remote images, or send the draft to Nirmion.

Transparent transformation

The workspace uses visible rules, length counts, URL parsing, and standards-shaped templates rather than hidden ranking scores or unverified AI claims.

Human approval required

A technically valid draft can still be inaccurate for a page, campaign, platform, or policy. Test the result and obtain the appropriate approval before release.

Plain-language guide

How each line becomes structured data

The browser parses every non-empty line at the first || delimiter, trims and bounds the question and answer, rejects duplicates ignoring letter case, and maps each pair to a Schema.org Question with an acceptedAnswer Answer. The page URL is validated as HTTP or HTTPS. No answer is written, improved, fact-checked, or compared with visible page content by Nirmion.

  1. 01
    Start with verified inputs

Use final questions and answers approved for the public page. Keep wording consistent with what visitors can see and avoid promotional claims disguised as FAQs.

  2. 02
    Understand the transformation

Nirmion validates the delimiter and limits, detects repeated questions, and serializes the pairs in their original order inside one FAQPage object.

  3. 03
    Test the destination

Compare the object with visible page content, validate against Schema.org and any target search documentation, integrate through your site, and monitor for policy or eligibility changes.

Useful when

Practical jobs this tool supports

  • Turn an approved help-page FAQ into a developer-ready JSON draft.
  • Detect duplicate questions before structured-data integration.
  • Keep content and markup review in the same release ticket.

Release check

Keep markup and visible answers synchronized

If the page answer changes, the structured data must change with it. Treat the visible content as authoritative and review regulated advice carefully.

  • Every question and answer is visible on the destination page.
  • Answers are accurate, current, and approved by the right owner.
  • No question is repeated with cosmetic wording changes.
  • Current Schema.org and target-platform guidance is checked before launch.

Important boundary

FAQPage markup is not a visibility promise

Schema.org defines FAQPage semantics, while search platforms decide whether and where they support enhanced presentation. Eligibility and display can change, and correct markup never guarantees a rich result or ranking benefit.

Questions before publishing

What a careful user should know

The generator preserves reviewed content; it does not author answers or decide whether a platform should display them.

What delimiter should each line use?

Use Question || Answer with two pipe characters. The first delimiter separates the complete question from its answer.

Does the tool write FAQ answers for me?

No. It structures the exact reviewed answers you provide and performs only bounded cleanup and validation.

Can I mark up FAQs hidden from visitors?

Do not use this tool to create markup that misrepresents the visible page. Review current Schema.org and destination-platform requirements before publishing.
