For the common monthly-rated formula, the page divides last-drawn wages by 26, multiplies by 15 days, then multiplies by the counted service years.
Calculation path
For a monthly-rated employee, the usual formula is last drawn monthly wages x 15 / 26 x completed years, counting an extra year only when the remaining service exceeds six months.
