Total = tier-one units x price one + tier-two units x price two + remaining units x price three.

  • Total quantity: Units allocated progressively through all pricing tiers.
  • End of tier one: Number of first units charged at the tier-one price.
  • End of tier two: Cumulative quantity where tier two ends and tier three begins.
  • Tier-one unit price: Price for units from one through the first threshold.
  • Tier-two unit price: Price for units above tier one through the second threshold.
  • Tier-three unit price: Price for all units beyond the second threshold.
