What you provide
One unlocked PDF, up to 10 MB and 500 pages. Only upload a document you are authorised to process.
PDF and document workbench
Download a CSV listing font resources and the pages that reference them. Use it to investigate a document before a print, editing or accessibility review.
Choose one unlocked PDF. The source remains unchanged and the result downloads separately.
Selecting a PDF sends it to the API for inspection. Running the report sends it again for processing. These requests use memory and do not create a server-side file history.
Product contract
The processor walks each page font-resource list and groups matching resource entries by the pages that reference them. A resource can be listed even when it does not paint visible text.

A UTF-8 CSV with resource identifiers, font names, font types and one-based page references.
A listed font is not proof that it is embedded, licensed for reuse or rendered correctly. Inspect embedding and appearance in a suitable PDF application before print or distribution.
Common uses
Choose the report when you need to answer one of these questions before the next document step.
Investigate an unexpected typeface before editing a PDF.
Locate pages referencing a particular font resource.
Attach a resource inventory to a print-support request.
Practical help
No. The CSV contains resource metadata and page references, not font programs. It neither installs fonts nor grants permission to extract or reuse them.
PDF pages may retain unused resources, subset fonts or several resources with the same family name. The inventory reports page-resource references, not a visual audit of each painted character.
The PDF is sent to the document API for this request. This operation reads it in memory and returns a CSV; it does not modify your original. The completed download remains available for re-download in this browser tab.
Document workflow
If one Helvetica resource is referenced on pages 1 and 3, its CSV row lists both page numbers. A second resource with the same font name can have a separate row.
Keep the downloaded report beside the exact PDF you checked. If the document changes, run it again; the previous findings describe the earlier file, not the replacement.
