Bookmarks or interactive forms matterReordering preserves page content and basic metadata, but complex bookmarks, links, forms, tags, or page-dependent scripts should be reviewed in the result.
REVIEW STRUCTURED PDFS
Moving pages can change document relationships.
Page content is copied into the requested physical order. For PDFs with bookmarks, internal links, form fields, signatures, accessibility tags, or scripts, open the result and verify those structures before relying on it. Existing digital signatures may no longer validate after modification.

Can I remove a page with this tool?
No. Reorder PDF Pages requires every source page exactly once, preventing accidental deletion or duplication. Use a dedicated Delete Pages tool when it becomes available.
Can a range run backward?
Yes. A range such as 8-5 expands to 8, 7, 6, 5. This makes reversing a section much quicker to describe.
What does Pages moved mean?
It counts pages whose final position differs from their original position. A page left in the same numbered slot is not counted as moved.
Are uploaded PDFs kept as jobs?
No server-side job history is created by this local API. Up to three completed result blobs stay only in the open browser session so you can re-download them.

Nirmion Reorder PDF Pages fixes documents assembled in the wrong sequence. Reverse all pages instantly or enter a custom order with single page numbers, forward ranges, and backward ranges. The plan is accepted only when every page appears exactly once.
The service creates a separate file ending in _nirmion_tools_reordered.pdf and reports how many pages changed position. The original file is untouched, the completed form resets after download, and the three latest results can be downloaded again during the current browser session.
Current processing limits
- One readable, unlocked PDF from 2 to 500 pages and up to 10 MB.
- Custom expressions are limited to 4,000 characters and must include every page exactly once.
- Generated PDF output is limited to 50 MB; complex interactive structures require a manual result check.
