How to use the Recurring Appointment Date List
Use this for a tentative appointment cadence when you know the first date and interval but have not confirmed individual bookings. The list keeps the original anchor for every occurrence.
What to enter
Enter the first appointment date, select days, weeks, or months, choose an interval, and set how many dates to show. The interval is a number of the unit you selected.
Worked example
From 31 January 2025, monthly occurrences are 31 January, 28 February, and 31 March.
How to read the result
Each row is an occurrence number and date. Monthly dates use the original day where possible and the month end where it is unavailable, avoiding cumulative drift after February.
How the result is worked out
Each date is calculated from the original anchor. Monthly dates clamp to month end when the anchor day is missing.
What to check
Times, time zones, exceptions, and provider booking availability are outside this date-only list.
A common mistake to avoid
These are date-only suggestions. Provider availability, times, time zones, public holidays, and cancellations must be checked separately before sharing a schedule.
This tool calculates in your browser. The dates you enter are not sent to the Nirmion API.
Questions to check
Will monthly dates drift after February?
No. Each occurrence uses the original anchor, so March returns to the 31st.
Does this reserve appointments?
No. It only calculates candidate dates; you still need to confirm each booking with the provider or attendee.
Can I skip a holiday occurrence?
The tool does not have an exception list. Adjust a particular appointment separately without assuming the rest of the sequence has moved.
