How to use the Savings Deposit Streak Tracker
Use this to review a short sequence of daily saving deposits when the consistency of the habit matters more than the total amount.
What to enter
Enter one ISO date and deposited amount per line, oldest first. Combine multiple deposits on the same day before entering them.
Worked example
Deposits on September 18, 19, and 20 form a three-day streak, whatever the positive deposit amounts.
How to read the result
The running streak resets to one after a missing day. The summary reports the longest uninterrupted sequence among entered dates, which may be earlier than the last row.
Method
Sort is not automatic: validate oldest-to-newest unique dates, then increase the streak only when the next entered date is exactly one calendar day later.
What to check
Only the entered dates count. This is a manual habit log, not a verified bank record; time zones and multiple deposits on one day are not modeled.
Avoid this mistake
Mistaking a sequence of weekly deposits for a daily streak or entering dates out of order, which the tool rejects.
Calculations run locally in your browser. No entered values are sent to the Nirmion API.
Questions to check
Must amounts be the same?
No. Any positive entered deposit row counts for its date.
What if a day is missing?
The next entered date starts a new streak of one.
Are deposits verified?
No. The tool only evaluates the dates you provide.
