Publishers disagree about which short words stay lowercase and how hyphenated compounds, infinitives, phrasal verbs, and prepositions are treated. Nirmion uses a transparent compact rule instead of claiming universal style-guide compliance.Choose the rule
The first and last word are capitalized. A practical set of English articles, conjunctions, and prepositions remains lowercase in middle positions. Other words receive an initial capital after leading punctuation.

Compare the result with your chosen AP, Chicago, MLA, sentence-case, product, or publication standard. Restore deliberate lowercase brands and verify capitalization after colons, dashes, and compound words.
How it works
A small, inspectable English minor-word rule
Whitespace is preserved while tokens containing letters are examined. Existing all-cap words longer than one letter remain unchanged. Other tokens are lowercased, then initial letters are capitalized except for a defined middle-position list including articles, conjunctions, and common short prepositions. The first and last letter-bearing token are always capitalized.

Why did a brand name change?
The converter has no brand dictionary. Mixed-case names and intentional lowercase styling need to be restored manually.
Are acronyms preserved?
Words already written entirely in uppercase and containing more than one letter are retained. That heuristic can also preserve accidental all-cap words, so review remains necessary.
