Social Media · THE NO-PANIC PLAN
Create a verified product launch post on LinkedIn
For a U.S. business announcing one product or a material product update to a professional audience on LinkedIn. This workflow covers the content draft and checks; it does not verify the product, publish the post, guarantee reach or replace legal/compliance review for regulated products.
MISSION Prepare an accurate U.S. product launch announcement for LinkedIn, support objective claims with evidence, format an approved draft, and publish it only after product, link and disclosure checks.

Confirm what is actually available, collect evidence for each product claim, assign launch tasks, write and format a concise announcement, then preview it in LinkedIn and publish manually after the final accuracy and disclosure check.
YOUR CHECKLIST, WITH FEWER DRAMATIC SIGHES
One step at a time.
Follow the order below. If a step names a Nirmion tool, its link is right there with it.
- 01
Confirm the launch facts and destination
Choose one product or release and record its exact name, what is new, launch date, availability region, price or terms if advertised, and the official landing page and support contact. Have the product owner verify these details against the live product page or release record. If a feature is not yet available, say when it is expected and for whom; do not describe a planned feature as already released.
- 02
Substantiate every objective claim
List each statement or image that could imply a product capability, price, performance, safety benefit or customer outcome. Keep the approved evidence beside the exact claim before publication; remove or narrow any claim the evidence does not support. Review the overall text and visuals together for a misleading impression, and place necessary qualifications next to the related claim. For regulated products or claims requiring specialized evidence, obtain the responsible compliance review before posting.
- 03
Assign the launch tasks and ownership
Use Nirmion?s Product Launch Checklist to organize owners, launch date, landing page, support route and final approvals. Confirm that someone owns product facts, claim evidence, image permissions and post monitoring. The checklist creates an editable plan from your inputs; it does not verify facts or make the post compliant.
- 04
Write and format the LinkedIn announcement
Draft a clear opening that names the release, explain who it is for and what is verifiably new, then include a useful next step and the confirmed destination link. Use Nirmion?s LinkedIn Post Formatter to structure the approved wording; it does not check claims or post to LinkedIn. If a creator or reviewer endorses the product and has a material connection, disclose that relationship clearly with the endorsement rather than burying it in unrelated text.
- 05
Review the preview and publish from LinkedIn
Preview the post in LinkedIn?s current composer. Check the product name, factual claims, price and availability, destination link, image rights, readable text and any needed disclosure. Make sure the post is authentic and professional under LinkedIn?s current policies. Publish from the authorized account, save the final copy and published link, and route product or support questions to the named owner; correct the post promptly if a material fact changes.
