Yes. This tool tags its own layer so Remove PDF Watermark can identify it without deleting ordinary page content.

Why is the text limited to basic Latin?

The current PDF layer uses a standard embedded-safe Helvetica resource. Wider script support needs a bundled Unicode font.

Does the watermark cover every page?

Yes. One matching layer is added to each physical page.
