How is the page order decided?
The numbered file list controls the result. All pages from the first PDF come first, followed by all pages from the second, and so on.
Why was one of my PDFs refused?
It may not be a readable PDF, may be password-protected, or may push the selection over 10 files or 10 MB combined.
Are my source PDFs changed?
No. Nirmion reads them to create a separate merged PDF and leaves every source file untouched.
